Hey Ruchika,

Interesting! 2 of Swords huh! Are you going through a phase in life where you have to make a choice, but then you don't want to? Or perhaps you are feeling as if you don't have much of a choice in the matter?
Either way, the 2 of Swords card is all about choices and choosing - and in both cases, the outcome is something that is hidden or unknown to you…
Yup, you can go and get yourself a new deck….
And as for the old deck - you can either keep it safe somewhere in the house OR I read somewhere that you can bury the deck in your back yard…

Hope this helps….

Thanks for writing in...

Hi!

I'm a relatively recent reader and I thought I'd comment on this (I was looking through your archives) I know you wrote this a year ago but I wanted to say I think what you wrote was brave--and it was in line with how you felt. I don't think there was anything wrong with that at all!

I would feel the same way. I agree with what you wrote. Your personal beliefs should have no bearing on what people think of you/buy from you in your professional life.

Kudos! Most of the time I don't have the guts to tell people things like that, even if I truly, deeply, believe that.

Hugs!

i like to charge my cards on the full moon coverd buy my eliment mine just happend to be earth so it was easy to keep my cards safe my sisters was water so hers was wrabed in plastic after she wraped in silk. than she set it out on the full moon in fresh rain water. the goddes blessed that night with a clensing rain that charged her cards with an extra blessing. i find fire is the eliment that would be the hardist since you dont want to set your cards on fire so i would repesent them with candles placed at the four directions. air would seem simple enough but i think the eliment should be envoced with incense agian placed at the four directions. but this is just my sugestion. it has worked for me for the last 5 years.

I admire your open mindedness and your views about the cards. I found myself recently researching Tarot too. I grew up in a very Christian family and was shut out from a lot of the religious diversity out there. I agree with much of what you say but I must say a few things. A) I agree with the first response about what deck you use. B) I don't agree about the pentacle. If the pentacle is inverted, it is known as a pentagram. And this, is what Satanists use for their symbol. I see where you might get the ideas you got about the elements being in oneself but the pentagram was not created with that thought in mind.
