Hello everyone!
As an avid writer and a big fan of blogging, I have created another blog.
Please visit http://imagesinthemind.blogspot.com for weekly updates on an interesting theme: the effect of images, sounds and words on the human mind / psyche…all these will be looked at from different perspectives – myth, logic, and most importantly – symbolism.
All of us are ‘bombarded’ with images, sounds and words at all times … so the first question I will naturally explore is: What does this image / sound / word mean? (from the different perspectives mentioned above) and the next question to be tackled will be: What does it convey? This aspect will be looked at from both a micro (personal) and a macro (universal) perspective.
Naturally, you must be wondering: “Why a different blog?” The answer is simple really – this blog is about Tarot – and that blog is about something else really. Tarot is related to it – images - see! But it is a part of it…not the entire part of it.
Actually, Tarot cards have led me on this path and it is something I am enthusiastic about pursuing…..
